After being checked-in by our front desk, a member of our team will escort you to your treatment room and begin the appointment by asking if you have any pressing concerns (such as a toothache). They’ll then take a few X-rays and scans of your mouth before introducing you to Dr. Lam. She’ll take a little time to chat with you before performing an oral exam. She’ll go over her observations with you, discuss any additional treatment you might need, and then ask if you have any questions. When you’re ready, you’ll be walked back to the front desk so we can help you schedule your next appointment.
We know that you’re probably very busy and have other things to do than come see us, so to help you save time in our dental office, you can now fill out our patient forms beforehand by clicking on the link below. When the day of your appointment arrives, just bring the completed forms to our dental office, and we’ll get you in to see Dr. Lam right away. If you choose to fill them out in our waiting room, please arrive at least 15 minutes early so we can make sure that your appointment begins on time.

To use your benefits with us, just give our dental office a call with your policy information handy, and after we confirm your coverage, we’ll let you know the best ways to use your plan to help you save at your next appointment.
